No, we do not have a seamstress on staff but don’t worry we can provide you with multiple skilled and qualified who have worked with bridal and special occasion gowns for years! Since the seamstresses we recommend are all separate businesses they each set their own prices.

 

One of a kind gowns, these gowns are first come first served and once they are gone they are gone.  There is only one size and one color but the price has been reduced. These gowns range from $300 to $900. The last category of gowns are clearance gowns. These gowns are also sold off the rack but prices have been reduced more significantly to $149 to $400.

We are open Monday through Friday Noon to 6p.m., Saturday 10a.m to 4p.m., and on Sunday, January through April and August through September Noon to 4p.m., and all other Sunday’s by appointment only. Please call 309-341-0842 to schedule your appointment.

Due to the seasonality and delicate nature of our merchandise we do not accept returns, allow exchanges or issue refunds of any kind for online sales. Appointments are recommended but not required. Scheduling an appointment allows us to prepare for arrival and make sure that we have a dressing room and stylist available to help you find your dream dress.

Our in-store samples range from 4-26, and can be ordered in sizes ranging from 0-32. Please be aware that each bridal designer has their own size chart, with many designers having sizing that runs smaller then standard ready to wear clothing. Don’t worry, we will be there to help you get the best fit based off of each designer’s size chart.

First, think about your budget.  Be honest with us about how much you want to spend.  Being real with your budget helps us and you.  Our goal is to help you find your dream dress within your budget… if you aren’t honest with yourself or with us about what your budget it you risk being heartbroken by falling in love with something that exceeds your budget.

 

Second, have an idea of what type of gown you are looking for but be open minded.  What looks good on a model or on Pinterest may not turn out to be the perfect look for you.  Consider all styles and don’t just judge a dress by the hanger… sometimes you might be surprised and the dress you didn’t think you liked on the hanger could end up being your dream dress. Trust us, this has happened many times!   

 

Lastly, and most importantly plan to have fun!  This is one of the happiest times in your life.  Bring a couple people you love and plan to make memories of a lifetime.

Delivery times vary by designer with some designers taking as long as 6 months for delivery. Don’t worry if you are already within 6 months of your wedding though, we have several designers that have much quicker delivery and rush shipping is always an option when available.

We have three categories of dresses in our store; orderable, off the rack and clearance.  Orderable gowns range from $500 to $1700.  Orderable gowns are just what they sound like, they can be ordered in a range of sizes and may have different color options.

We do keep track of what school dresses are being worn that were purchased from our store within 75 miles of our brick and mortar store. We can only check on dress availability for purchases from our store and have no way to check what other stores have sold to your school. We will check availability at the time of purchase as availability is constantly changing each day.

We have dresses in the store from size 0 through size 26. Dresses can be ordered in sizes 000 through 32 depending on the style and designer.

Yes, while appointments are not required to try on prom dresses you are always welcome to schedule an appointment. Please call 309-341-0842 to schedule your appointment.

Yes, if you prefer to place an order over the phone rather then through our website just call 309-341-0842. Phone orders have the same terms and conditions as online orders and require full payment with a credit card when placing the order.

It is never too early to start shopping for your prom dress. We start receiving all of our new lines for the current year starting in December. We suggest shopping early to make your dream dress is available. The hottest most sought after dresses always sell out early.

The colors that we list on the product detail page are the only colors in which that style dress is produced in.

No, we do not have any dresses available to rent.

All of the available images that we have been given are shown on the webpage. We wish dresses were pictured in all available colors and know that it can be frustrating not seeing the dress in the color you want, but we are given the images directly from the manufacturers and we don't always receive one in every color that they offer.

The standard length on long dresses is 58-61 inches.

We strive to process and ship all orders as soon as possible, processing times will vary based on each individual order placed due to the delicate nature of our products. Items that are not in stock in our store but can be ordered from the designer will require a longer processing time than an item that is available in the store. It is very important that you provide an accurate “event date” during checkout.
